Mason Zeglen has already had an amazing career and story at a young age. Having been a 2 time champion on the TV Show “Guy’s Grocery Games” and host of the nationally airing TV series “Chef Swap at The Beach”, Mason has been in the national spotlight. Even before his TV fame, he was developing an impressive resume, having become a chef out of school and managing a staff from the age of 19. As he continued to grow as a professional he eventually managing larger staffs and even went on to start his own business, Milk and Honey Cafe in Surfside Beach, SC.
Through his journey, Mason learned many things that he shared with us that led to his success.
As one secret of success, he told us that in his career he learned that the way you communicate and share vision will affect how well everyone performs. Knowing people’s learning styles and ways of receiving information has helped him tailor his approach to get people working on the same page.
Another success secret for Mason has been to “dive right in” to whatever he wants to accomplish. He said that completely immersing in a process helps a person to learn quicker and fully understand every facet of a position.
The other thing we learned during the show is that Mason Zeglen is 100% dedicated to his craft. Hearing him explain the process of making unique and flavorful coffee, pastries and other items at the Milk and Honey Cafe was so interesting and inspiring. We’ve been to the Milk and Honey Cafe and after having the best Latte around, we can say that the hard work is paying off.
We would like to invite everyone to come meet Mason in person at the Spring Home Show this weekend on Saturday (2/22/2025) at 11AM at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. He will be at the Carolina Bays Real Estate and Construction booth signing autographs!
