Have you ever heard someone in business utter the phrase:

"Oh, That's the way we've always done it!"

I cannot stand to hear that phrase. It means that you were told to ALWAYS do it that way and don't have your own brain to come up with a better way to do things. OR, you don't have a brain to come up with a better way to do things. Neither of which I would want to work with, in most cases.

What I think Sara is saying here is just because you don't know how to do something, don't let that intimidate you from doing it. If you have an idea, it may be better, more helpful for you to not know so much. It may allow you to use your mind to think of better ways, more efficient or creative ways to do things, or be something.

Don't let the fact that you don't know something, go out and do it anyway. You can learn along the way. You may also be able to avoid the "We've Always Done It That Way." thinking.

We have the Ability to Go, Do, Be whatever we want, when we start going towards it. We can go wherever we desire and believe.  No matter where we are right now.

The quote is pretty self-explanatory. It's better to not do it completely right, than to not do it at all. The key is to take action. You have to get the ball rolling. You have to get started.
