  • HOW TO HANDLE FEARS WITH KIRSTEN ROSS VOGEL (PART II) [EPISODE 154]

In this episode, I am releasing the second part of a conversation with Kirsten Ross Vogel. Kirsten is a podcaster and

She talks about the value that we bring to the table. Specifically, she will talk about feelings of not being good enough. She talks about how people pleasers are actually trying to control others, how the imposter syndrome works, and what to do if you don’t have credentials.

She completely altered my understanding of people-pleasing. I was blown away by her reframing of the subject.

Kirsten graciously spoke at a two day event sponsored by the Excellence in Leadership Institute. For more about ELI, click here:

  • HOW TO HANDLE FEARS WITH KIRSTEN ROSS VOGEL [EPISODE 153]

In this episode, I am releasing a conversation with Kirsten Ross Vogel. Kirstin is a podcaster and

She talks about the value that we bring to the table, how we minimize our own value, and how we should put what we have to offer out for others.

She helps us recognize how we allow the fear of others’ opinions to keep us from stepping into our purpose. At the same time, it keeps us from helping others.

Kirstin graciously spoke at a two day event sponsored by the Excellence in Leadership Institute. For more about ELI, click here:

  • THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX (LIKE A NAVY SEAL) [EPISODE 150]

In this episode, I want to tell you a story. The story comes from Rob O’Neill’s book, The Operator. O’Neill is the Navy SEAL who pulled the trigger and killed Osama Bin Laden. The story is from his memoir.

The story is not about killing Bin Laden. However, it is one of the best examples of thinking outside the box that I have ever come across and I am going to share that here.
