Hello sweet loves! Today I'm talking about "The Mother Load" and all the things we "carry" as mama bears that make us feel constantly stressed out, overwhelmed, anxious, and which also contributes to us losing our remembering skills with each day that passes!
I will share where I feel the stresses are coming from, how to be a little bit "okay" with the chaos, and one thing that has helped me make a big change with a small shift.
LOVE!

Today we're talking about expectations and how to manage them properly so we don't burn out from lack of clarity.
Whether this is in your personal relationships, your partnership, at work or with your kids, managing expectations is such an important part of the conversation so that everybody knows what they're responsible for.
Today I'm digging into something that's been happening in my life for the past few weeks - and I want to talk about it so that you know you're not alone if you ever feel the same way.
Even when someone is typically upbeat, happy, friendly, sociable and optimistic - they are not immune to having bad days, feeling bad, negative, overwhelmed, stressed out, anxious, or having any other difficult emotions.
If you often feel like you're everything to everyone, you feel overwhelmed with everything you need to do, and you find yourself saying yes to things you don't want to do in order to please other people, you might find this episode helpful!
In today’s episode we’re chatting about all things breastfeeding and particularly, tips for incorporating movement into your life again after baby. Today I'm digging into a concept that's been floating around for a while but one that I've just started learning about: BODY NEUTRALITY. Instead of being body positive (or the alternative, body negative) what if we lived life in a neutral space where positive or negative thoughts about our body were non-existent?
Check out this episode and let me know what you think!
Today I'm talking about the kind of workout you NEED to start implementing in order to make MENTAL shifts happen!
Just like seeing change to your physical body, if you want to see change in your mindset and confidence level, you GOTTA PUT IN WORK!
I'm talking about some strategies for doing that, how I can help you, and leave you with 3 techniques you can start implementing TODAY! Like, as soon as you're done listening ;)
Today I'm talking about my personal journey with spending YEARS in the pursuit of being "skinny". It was ALL I ever wanted, all I thought about, and was the only goal I every worked towards in my late teens and early twenties. It affected every one of my days and remained of high priority above everything else that fitness could bring to my life.
Not anymore.
*Note that this is my PERSONAL journey and I realize not everybody chases "skinny" for their whole lives. I also mean no disrespect to any naturally thin or "skinny" women, who are, AMAZING. I think I convey this clearly but, just in case!
