For those of you that didn’t already know over 7 years ago I moved from the UK to Australia and 1 year ago I became Australian! I have had SO many questions on what the journey was like, how much it cost and all the rest of it. But recently I was asked did I manifest it. And I absolutely did. So shout woo girls! Its happening. I’m about to spill the tea on how I moved to Australia from the UK, how I manifested, what action I took and all the rest.

Its going to be a combination of how you can apply manifestation to your goals but also the literal steps and costs it took for me to make it here. 

I wanted to share this journey so that people can understand what its like living in a country long term that isn’t technically your ‘home’. You might not be looking to move to Australia but maybe you’d love to live somewhere else? Let me tell you all about my experience.

I feel a sense of gratitude and pride when people ask me “how do you fit everything in!?” While I don’t want to fuel the “busy fetish” society has become obsessed with (self care IS important) I am, at this point in my life, genuinely quite busy. So when people ask me how I fit it all in, it kind of gives me this little bit of recognition that my hard work is going to pay off.

We all have the same 24hours a day. You can't buy extra. CEO's of big corporate multimillion dollar companies have the same 24 hours as you. On average those CEOs are reading over 20 books per year. How many do you read? Because you're too busy, you haven't got time to read 20 books right?

I work full time 7.30-4.30 (with approx. a 40min commute either side when I’m not working from home), and a side hustle and I am in the process of starting a new business. Yes sometimes when I think about it maybe I am a little bit mad. But I also think that when im 60 I will be able to say I took action on my goals every single day and that got me where I am today.

There are lots of people with incredible ideas and dreams of success. The problem is, The majority don’t act upon their ambitions, because it takes work — and a lot of it. Success really is the result of blood, sweat and tears.

I’m not saying that its supposed to be a forever uphill battel and you can’t have any fun. What I mean is as much as we can sit and manifest these goals and dreams and visions nothing will happen if we don’t put in the action to help us get there.

The size of your dreams must always exceed your current capacity to achieve them. If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough.

Risk-averse people would rather hit a modest goal and appear successful than fall short of a wildly ambitious stretch goal.” But They’re not being forced to grow and expand into their vision.

When you set a goal that’s “beyond your current capabilities,” you’ll soon rise to the occasion. The question is: Are you willing to play at that level?
