Do you often feel uncomfortable when you’re wrong about something? Specifically, when it’s something you know you learned before or “should” know. Do you ever feel so uncomfortable that you feel the urge to one-up someone? Or maybe you refuse to take risks to avoid the sting of failure?
The truth is, getting things wrong is part of everyone’s process. And getting comfortable being wrong is the gateway to success. So in this episode we talk through how to get more comfortable and how to get better at admitting when we are wrong.

We all go through seasons of life where we are having different experiences, learning different lessons and have different priorities. They can last weeks, months and even years.
It is so easy to constantly look around & compare yourself to what others are and aren't doing, to question if we should be doing more or doing less or doing different... But what if you are exactly where you are meant to be? What if you are trying to resist the season that your are supposed to be in?

Recently I had been working exceedingly hard on my physique in prep for turning 30 and travelling Europe soon. I wanted to look hot. BUT then I injured my back and I haven't been able to gym properly for 6weeks. Hot girl summer was cancelled and I was distraught. It took some time for me to shake myself and learn to love myself as I am.
By now, you've probably seen plenty of hashtags and captions including the phrase, "hot girl summer". Megan Thee Stallion is credited for the phrase. But the true meaning of hot girl summer is actually that all bodies are welcome, with one mission: to normalise girls and women being allowed to be their best authentic selves sans shaming.
