Simeon Gholam is joined by Curtis Davies and David Stowell for the League One & Two Review on the Essential EFL podcast.

The panel take a look at the flying start made by Birmingham in League One, and the starts made by Wrexham and Lincoln near the top of the table.

Davies then assesses the fine start made by his former boss Steve Bruce at Blackpool, before analysing the poor start of Cambridge United, improving Bolton and the continuing strife at Reading.

Onto League Two in part two and the pacesetters Gillingham and their flying start, an impressive opening to the campaign for Walsall, the pitch problems at AFC Wimbledon and the struggles of the bottom two Accrington and Morecambe.  

Davies then looks at his former club Cheltenham and how they've coped on their return to the fourth tier.
