For many people, the hardest part about exercising is the first step: getting out of the house. It takes serious willpower, especially when you feel like you have absolutely no energy to wake up and make exercising a part of your day. We know it's great for our bodies and our minds to exercise, and we know we need to find something we love to do to make it fun and enjoyable. So, KNOWING all of that, WHY is it that we can’t just DO IT? What is holding us back, and how can we get over it? One of my personal heroines is Elise Caffee, who will *EVEN ON VACATION* get out and do her morning run, wherever she is! And I want to know her secret: what gets her up out of bed week after week to get her exercising in? She has 3 kids, her own business, and travels for a good chunk of the year. She’s busy, she’s probably tired, but she exercises! What?? So we’re here today to get inside her head and really dig into what is it that gets Elise out and onto her runs in the morning.
