We finally have the decision in Roe v. Wade. and as we expected from the leaked opinion in May, the Court has overturned Roe and Casey v. Planned Parenthood, striking down a woman’s right to abortion. This case, known as Dobbs versus Jackson Women’s Health, will functionally remove a right for more than half of the population … something unheard of in American history.
