Today I am so excited to sit down with my mentor, boss and friend, Kameron Monet. She is the founder of The Legal Tea Social where she brings you advice + tips for how to know your worth as an influencer and help content creators negotiate their contracts so they truly can make this a business. She is on Tik Tok sharing such incredible advice for aspiring content creators and creators on the importance of contracts, negotiating rates and more. Kameron started out as a college then law school YouTuber and now its where she shares vlogs, girl chat advice, wellness and of course more lawyer influencer tips! We share a little about how we met, her career path and evolution, knowing when it was time to go out on her own, how she became my mentor and now boss and so much more. Its so special to see someone else, especially a fellow WOC doing an untraditional legal path + she is such an inspiration.

I know this is a long one because my intro is long and v emotional but I guess I just needed that release before the bar exam. Can't believe when you're reading this it'll be over!
