Hey y'all, its Queen J. here, with a special episode of Let's Get Uncomfortable centering on the ways I personally managed an internal anxiety attack following weeks of existing in a phase of ignorance. We will discuss the details of symptoms on both internal and external anxiety attacks. We also touch on a new addition to the podcast series called: Battling the Anxiety; here will serve as a safe space to provide education about the different ways to actively manage panic attacks. in addition, this is a welcoming space for connection, feel free to share your stories and thoughts in the comments on our socials. I can't wait to listen! We will explore how to actively engage in choosing yourself in the midst of anxiety. We will also examine how we can navigate through actively choosing yourself even when it proves challenging.
