In this episode Sandy & Michelle share their perspective on Multi Level Marketing and their perspective might surprise you. After 12 years in the industry the winds of change are blowing them in a new direction but they still have much love for the industry. 

Together they discuss the many blessings hidden within a very simple business model including the sisterhood, the personal development and the passive nature of NWM income.

On the other hand they dive, honestly, into the darker sides of the industry including the fact that many women try and fail, as well as the culture that often disallows women from pursuing other income streams or building a brand of their own making them completely reliant on the brand of the company they’ve aligned with, under diversified and lacking the skills needed to succeed online in today’s landscape. 

All in all the industry has its place for those looking for simplicity and community however for those interested in building an empire it has significant drawbacks which leave women exposed and vulnerable to shifts in the economy as well as instability within the company they have chosen to align with. 

The truth is that many women are being called to something new, they are tired of selling products that belong to someone else and do not feel aligned with recruiting and building anew. The winds of change are blowing for the many leaders in the business of network marketing.
