That’s why hitting rock bottom frequently marks the beginning of the recovery process.

Low self esteem refers to a person having an overall poor sense of self-value. It essentially means having a poor opinion of yourself. Low self-esteem can encompass a range of factors, such as your sense of identity, self-confidence, feelings of competence, and feelings of belonging.

Failure is a part of life. It’s the very fundamental foundation that all life is built upon. We are who we are because of constant evolutionary failures. Through repeated iterations over millions upon millions of years, those failures helped to create human beings.
