Dani is a double-certified nutrition coach specializing in optimizing macronutrients and lifestyle habits to help women reach their body transformation goals while still living a life well-lived. She is a former yo-yo dieter and cardio junkie who’s entire life changed dramatically when she ditched those diet culture mentalites and learned how to eat for her body. She now shares that education to her over 100,000 followers and to over 1,000 women via her coaching programs and courses.
