This is a very important topic, because the decisions, or lack thereof today will affect what we leave behind - for better or worse. I’m joined by Megan Plete Postol, who has more experience than most in the best ways to reach new hunters - Is it youth seasons? Do those even work? I think it's an important discussion that will make you think.
