I loved the conversation we carried and truth be told, I was a little nervous with Emilio, more so than with Chiquis. But why you may ask?? Because as men… you don’t know if you will get someone to speak open or not and because I want to respect my guest, I always want to step in with ease and love. But Emilio helped me on this episode. The guy shows his amazing heart, how willing he is to bless those around him and over all how God, life and proper mentorship modeled him to what he is today. He truly has a great head on his shoulders.

The MAC Effect delivering a bomb episode yet again!

On this weeks episode we have the owner of RCEE’s Barbershop, Robert. My man has been in the cutting game for over 20+ years and still delivering fresh cuts and therapy to all existing and new clients (Hahahaha). I respect Robert a lot because he opens up about the struggles of starting a family, the importance of a solid marriage and team work to make the dreams work! Discusses how important an environment is to raise kid(s), family (and yourself) is important to continue growing both physically and emotionally. Robert also shares the fact that fear cannot control your next move, especially if tis for your dreams. You don’t need much to start… you just need to believe. He’s truly inspirational.

I posted on instagram a few weeks back about entitlement and it got a great response. It was a clear indicator that we all go thru it with somebody in one way or another. But… are you (we) entitled??

There is no coincidence that this episode would be an episode that ends the season. Which is why, its so bitter yet sweet… that we end season2 (bitter) but with an amazing episode “entitlement” (sweet). I share more personal details about my life, as an example to hopefully lead by example. I also discuss how others have behaved in a manner that is entitled (selfish). All they (we) where thinking about was them, and what the others needed. Great episode truly!
