This is Renegade Files Episode 001, The Malmstrom AFB UFO Incident.

According to retired Air Force personnel, UFOs appeared and hovered over Missile Launch Control Facilities at the Malmstrom Air Force Base in Cascade County Montana, early one spring morning in 1967. Coinciding with this occurrence, multiple Nuclear Missiles were rendered inoperable. Extensive military and contractor investigations could never determine any plausible cause for the missile system failures.

In this episode of Renegade Files we explore the documented report created by Air Force Officers Robert Salas and Jim Klotz upon retirement in 1996. We then dive deep into the event’s Declassified Documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request. After hearing this story and comparing these two detailed sources of information, you may never look at the subjects of UFOs and the weapons of war quite the same.
