  • Episode 038: Liz George

Hey guys and welcome to the Mama Needs Podcast! I am so pumped to introduce you to a long-time friend of mine, Liz George. Liz is a military spouse and Mama to a beautiful little girl named Reagan. You guys, don’t you just love catching up with an old friend? That’s what this conversation was. I haven’t seen Liz in like 12 years so it was great to hear more about her life and what she’s been up to!

We chatted about all things motherhood, a lot about her love of instacart, as you’ll hear! And we spent a ton of time talking about how hard it is to find those lasting and meaningful friendships as a Mom and also when you are a military spouse and have to move every 2 years. Please make sure you listen toward the end because we really go deep into boundaries and learning to forgive yourself. I know you will love her as much as I do! Enjoy my conversation with my friend Liz.
