How often have you tried to do things differently, either promising yourself that you wouldn’t do this thing or you would do that thing? And the day goes by and you find yourself doing exactly what you promised yourself you wouldn’t or not doing what you promised yourself you would.

And when you are feeling like this, it is hard to think clearly and make decisions that will get you the results that you want. But when you are resilient, you can change the way you feel so that you can think clearly, be more decisive and innovative and you can have great results!

Being the good mom is exhausting. Carrying the mental, emotional and physical load that comes with trying to do it all and be it all is causing you huge stress and anxiety.
Good mom syndrome is prevalent all over the world so you are not alone. But it is actually getting you the opposite results to what you want. The stress of trying to be the good mom is making you snappy, reactive and impatient, leaving you feeling guilty, tired and overwhelmed.
This episode explains why we experience good mom syndrome and gives you the first step out of it. You are a great mom and you deserve to be certain and confident in your role as a mom for you and for your children!

As a working mom with a career you love and a home that you want to give your best to, you carry so much of the mental and emotional load of life at both places. And sometimes all you want is for someone to do what you ask of them. But when you do finally ask someone to help you, nobody listens!
‘Are their ears painted on?’ is something I often wander around muttering to myself! It is so frustrating to feel like you are not being listened to or not being heard, whether this is at work or at home.
In this conversation, I offer a few reasons why people might not be listening (explanations, NOT excuses!) and three ways that you can be more sure that you will be listened to and heard so that you can get the help you need and the results you want from those around you.

Can you remember when you had spark in your life? A time when you weren’t feeling the mom guilt you feel when you are trying to do everything, are stressed and overwhelmed but still seem to be failing?
Maybe you still do have that spark but its just a bit dimmer? Or maybe it is shining bright! Wherever you are, listen in to this episode!
Leigh Rose tells us all about why she thinks people have lost their spark and what you can do to get it back in this calm, peaceful interview where she is vulnerable about her journey into self-love and what she does to make sure that she keeps her spark and helps others to do the same.

Your attention is a most wonderful gift you can give to those around you and to yourself. It has a huge impact on your relationships and on your performance but it is also incredibly fragile. We are so easily distracted and our attention can be broken by the quickest glance at something else!
In this episode, we look at the three systems of attention and how they function to support one another and to support you as you go through your day, engaging with your work, engaging with those around you and engaging with yourself.
As a working mom, where you put your attention and how well you are able to keep it there can impact your stress, the amount of guilt you feel (because you will be so much more focused and present) and how much you can get done. Sound like a win? I think so!

Have you ever noticed how confident people appear to have so much energy? And how lacking confidence can mean that generally, or after a specific event or situation, you are left feeling exhausted?
This episode digs a little deeper into how being confident and certain allows us to do the things that give us energy and also to not do the things that deplete our energy. And when we are confident, we are more able to manage our stress, we are more resilient and we are much more able to get the results that we want.

In this vulnerable, honest coaching session, Amy wanted to find out how she could set boundaries without feeling guilty.
What it came down to was that she was trying to meet two different sets of values, one that belonged to her and one that belonged to the world.
By figuring out what her values are and what it means to live by these values, she could choose how she finds the space and time she needs while still being the mum, wife and friend that she wants to be.
