If your Environment is messy, cluttered and disorganised, your mind will replicate it.

Letting go of old shit and moving through it has been a big key in my own journey and I know a lot of blokes out there would be the same.

I'm so big on Ownership. My clients know this the most.

Taking Ownership and taking responsibility not only for yourself but for your mistakes, failures & mess gives you a unique sense of freedom.

If you DON'T take ownership, you are immediately at effect to that thing/person. You're now the victim.

That is why Ownership is so damn important.
