This is a short episode to give you a bit of an update on whats been happening over the last couple of weeks in my life.

There has been some big shifts emotionally, energetically and within my business and the way I coach.

I let my anger get to me a little bit BUT, there are some exciting things that lay ahead for myself, my family and clients.

Right now more than ever, the world NEEDS Men to step up.

The world needs healthier, stronger and more fulfilled Men.

Because the way I see it is, the more healthier, stronger and fulfilled Men we have on the planet, the healthier, stronger and more fulfilled the planet becomes.

In this episode I reflect on a time in my life where I felt lonely, lost and like no one understood who I was or what was going on for me.

From the end of school and into early adult life I had mixed feelings of not knowing exactly where I wanted my life to go then through a single conversation I was able to change everything.

Another episode I've been hanging out to record with my man Troy.

He is another man who has a really interesting journey. His parents divorced early on, he moved countries, changed schools, jumped around job, endured toxic relationships and had no role models.

His story is a courageous one and its one I'll listen to over and over again. There are a lot of wisdom drops in this one!

Todays episode is a conversation with a Man named Antonie. I've followed him on social media only recently and felt really connected with his content and how he displays himself as a Man.

I felt called to send him a message to get him onto the podcast and WOW, I'm so glad I did.

We cover Antonies Journey growing up, the role models he had as a kid, when he started to question the world around him, taking the leap and how conscious awareness was the catalyst in him living a life he truly loved.

I go pretty deep on this one.

I dive into why Men believe they aren't worthy of living a life that they love, how Men believe they don't deserve the relationship of their dreams and what triggers Men to believe they aren't "good enough"
