Us guys can easily have a thousand thoughts bouncing around in our head at a time. They can be confusing, overwhelming and exhausting at time.

Sometimes you can latch onto a thought SO much that you will psych yourself out of doing things that benefit you.

This episode was an honour for me. I chat to Heath Davidson who is a professional wheelchair tennis player. Some of his feats include; Paralympic Gold Medalist, 4x Aus Open Doubles Champion, ranked #6 in the world (singles) and #2 in the world (doubles).

We dive into some of the challenges Heath faced growing up, what it's like for him being a pro tennis player and how he's been able to overcome some huge struggles in his life.

Heath also opens up on some of his current challenges and how he has been able to deal with them.

There are a LOT of great initiatives out there about getting men to spark the conversation around whats really going on for them. One things I've noticed that men seem to lack, is an understanding on HOW to actually have these conversations. What are the steps? What questions do I ask? HOW do I ask these questions.

Simple things that I believe all blokes should know.

This episode is about something that is seen as a bit of a 'taboo' topic.

Men talking about sex doesn't usually go the way of constructive & supportive, it's usually spoken about as a joke or said in a way that will get a laugh.

This is where the problem is. As well as most blokes getting there 'education' on how to have s3x from porn, we have now ended up in a society where most Men don't even know how to pleasure a woman.

OR there ego is so strong that they aren't willing to admit that they don't know how ;)

This is something I've had many challenges around, especially in my intimate relationships.

What I've found is that using a compound effect is one of the simplest ways to build your trust back up.

I know what it's like to have trust broken. I also know that to be able to trust anyone or anything again, we HAVE to trust ourselves FIRST.

This week I go over something that took me a while to TRULY understand, Commitment vs. Trying.

It might seem pretty straight forward but there can be a LOT of things uncovered just from how you approach things in your life.

I believe you're always committed to something in life. Yes, even the times when you're kicking back on the couch, smashing beers and watching the footy.

Because in THAT moment, that is exactly what you're committed to.

I chat with Steve Schultze on his journey growing up with 3 brothers and 6 sisters, his teen years where he didn't see himself as a 'manly' man, trust in life and relationships and taking ownership of your shit.

But in all seriousness, focusing on a certain thing you did in your past will keep you in exactly the same spot and could even send you backwards.

Your actions and behaviours DO NOT define you as a Man. It's what you learn and implement from these 'mistakes' that stake claim to your true character.

I've just returned from an epic Personal & Business Growth event. To put it simply, this event was epic.
