Mens Mental Health and their Self Worth goes hand in hand.

It's a conversation I've had 100's of times with blokes and something we have a key focus on in the Journey of Strength. The methods I speak on in this episode come directly from the teachings within the JOS where over the last two years, on average, Men in the program have increased their Self Worth levels by 231%.

I had a deep outpouring of emotion that ended with me on the floor balling my eyes out and throwing up. I was letting go of old identities and I didn't just energetically 'let go' of them, I believe I physically threw them up and out of my body.

Since that moment I've had many realisations and epiphanies around how I'm living life and how I do business.

Men of this world have spent too long hanging out in their head when all they needed to do was drop into their heart. Men need to follow their hearts message AFTER mastering their mind.

If Men let their mind control them for too long their heart has no hope.
