ABOUT THE WHITE HOUSE NEWS BAN I said yesterday I think it’s moronic that Trump banned CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House press pool. I stand by that. But now we’re being reminded of when this happened before. Not in the first Trump White House, but in the OBAMA administration. Obama tried to exclude Fox News from certain interviews and the other networks did the same thing they are doing now, they banded together to demand Fox be included.

YOU GET TO VOTE ON A PROGRESSIVE INCOME TAX THIS YEAR And the new lie being told to convince voters full of envy that THIS is the way to “fix” income inequality is easily disproven. This is the beauty of having 50 states doing things 50 different ways! I compared all states, some with a progressive income tax, some with a flat income tax, and some with NO income tax for income inequality using 2024 ACS Gini index, where 0 = perfect equality and 1 = perfect inequality, gives us a consistent way to compare states. The U.S. overall was 0.481 in 2024.

ABOUT MY EYEBALL ON FRIDAY Y’all, I felt so silly on Friday, but in my defense, when you have medical professionals who keep escalating things to the next level and telling you if you don’t take care of this NOW you will go blind it can be stressful. My eye is fine, the doctor thinks I had an ocular migraine at the same time I had super weird floater appear. I’ve had both of those things before but not like this at all and not at the same time. I did learn some cool stuff about eyeballs so it wasn’t a total waste.
