I'm sharing a personal story about my mother, a coaching session that completely changed the way I looked at our relationship, and why more than ten years later...I'm realizing I still have some work to do with this lesson myself.

Because sometimes we spend so much energy wanting someone else to change...we don't realize what it's doing to us.

Years ago, I was sitting in a car on my way to marry a man I knew I shouldn’t marry.

My Inner Goddess was screaming at me not to do it.

I heard her.

And I married him anyway.

So why do we sometimes ignore that voice inside of us, even when we hear it so clearly? And what does it really mean to trust yourself when you have no idea what comes next?

That’s what we’re talking about today.

Welcome to The Manifesting Formula. I'm Christine Rizzo, and oh my goodness, my friends...I am SO excited to be back! You have no idea.

It's been two years, and let's just say...a lot has happened. LOL.

This season is going to look a little different. We're still going to talk about manifesting and creating the life you want, but we're also going deeper. We're going to talk about spirituality, intuition, gratitude, some of the lessons I've learned over these last two years—and of course, you know me, I'm going to tell you all the stories that go along with them.

But today, I think we need to start with where the hell I've been. LOL. Why did I walk away from something I loved for two years...and what made me want to come back?

On our journey to becoming masters at manifesting, we need to be mindful of our vibration AT ALL TIMES. We're human, so we are going to experience moments of low vibrations throughout our days. Last week we talked about using the emotional guidance scale in your life to check in with your feelings. Today we’re going to get into the 5th Universal Law which is The Law of Inspired Action - This law requires that you DO SOMETHING to manifest the things you want. You need to take action. Last week we talked about the 4th Universal law which is the law of Attraction, this week we are going to talk about leaning to use the Emotional Guidance Scale and how we can raise our vibrations by using it.  As I have mentioned many times that, your emotions come from your thoughts, and your emotions are what creates how you act, what you do, how you show up in the world. It’s really important to check in with your emotions, because we know that we are manifesting every day, and when we start to feel a particular emotion that isn’t feeling good, you want to check in with your energy.
