This is Renegade Files Episode 111 The May-Stringer House Ghost Hunt.

On this episode I am joined by Renegade Files Agent Sheila Stone, as we travel to conduct an investigation at one of the most haunted houses in Florida, The May-Stringer House in Brooksville, FL.

The house is now a museum, and it offers a night-time tour led by the museum’s resident paranormal experts, and followed by the chance to conduct your own exploration of the house. The friendly and knowledgeable tour guides have a full ghost hunting equipment kit with items you can borrow for your time at the property, or you can bring your own ghost hunting equipment.

Recently, January 30, 2026, on a cold full-moon night, Agent Sheila Stone and I travelled to Brooksville to do just that.

We took the tour, spent time in the house on our own, did our investigation including EVP recordings, EMF monitoring, LED Pod placements, and more. Then the next day we went to a civil war era cemetery, and a haunted Train Depot built in the 1800s, and this is the episode that resulted.

The majority of this episode was recorded in the field, so you get to come along with us as we explore the spooky rooms of a Victorian mansion and more.
