Life can get hectic, busy, & overwhelming that sometimes we forget to nurture the most important relationship in our life…the one with ourselves! Around 2021, I’ve made it a point to have intentional alone time. It’s not away easy, it isn’t always spontaneous, & you definitely do not have to spend money to discover more parts of yourself. In turn, I’ve grown my relationship with myself, gained more confidence, and learned to be okay with (and love) being alone.
