Acknowledge the good and express your gratitude. When we focus on gratitude and appreciation for all the things we have and the people we know, it keeps you focused on positivity. IN fact, starting your day with a few minutes of showing gratitude sets the expectations of your day. Focus on the good and give no attention to the negative aspects in your life. When you give negativity even a minute of your day, you are feeding it. Shift your focus to what you are grateful for. A quick exercise for this is simply to think of something that makes you happy or brings joy. It shifts your mind from a negative state to a positive state. It redirects you to start thinking of what you are grateful for. Need help shifting the focus in the morning. Setup your sleeping area where you can immediately see something that brings you joy the moment you wake up. Maybe a photo of someone you admire, a item that brings good feelings to mind, or even a manifestation board. Anything that can immediately shift

Success is already a part of us. Replicate that. At some point in our lives we have achieved something we dreamed about. If someone has done this more than once in their life, then we can dismiss the silly belief we call luck. It means you have done something that drove you in that specific direction. But, truly try it with intent. Want proof that it works? Well, have you ever thought you could or could not do something? And the results imaged what you expected? That, my friend, is what visualization is all about. During that experience, what you thought about became a mental image that your physical body then experienced. It really is that simple.

Most enterprise, and even small businesses, have a major flaw in their time management: the ability to see everyone's calendar and, therefore, when they appear to have free time.

This lends to meeting invitations that disrupt your daily work schedule, leaving you longing for more time to finish your tasks. Take control by simply blocking out sections of your day or days to allow you to complete your work uninterrupted. Make sure it is OK with your boss, though. Some places dislike manipulation of calendar events. But if it is OK with your supervisor, go for it. Take back control of your time... your day.
