Dwight Chapin served as Personal Aide then Deputy Assistant to President Richard Nixon. He was responsible for the planning and execution of the president’s schedule and appearances, plus oversight of the White House advance and television offices. He was Acting Chief of Protocol for the president’s 1972 historic trip to China. After the White House, Chapin was publisher of Success magazine, and Managing Director, Asia, for Hill & Knowlton public relations. For twenty-five years, he has managed his own consulting firm focused on communications and strategic planning.
