Hello podience! In this week’s pod we chat about my last week of migraine attacks, and how my light sensitivity has been adjusted for. After that, we look at a recent study which continues to support the claim that the blue wavelength of light is a common source of exacerbation for migraine sufferers, and that portions of the green wavelength are actually therapeutic. Oddly, however, this study states that an increases in migraine pain in not a result of exposure to the blue wavelength of light, but, instead, that there is only an emotional component. I criticize this claim at length. Finally, we discuss what to look for in a magnesium supplement and how many milligrams you should be taking. As usual, please leave a positive review on iTunes or Apple Podcasts, and subscribe if you haven’t done so already. And, as always, if you need a support group, then search Facebook for The Migraine Guy Support Group. You are not alone!
