We are back today with an amazing and super informative episode featuring the lovely Lana Kerr. Lana is the founder and CEO of Lumisque Skincare, and developed an incredible technology using Corboxy therapy to deliver Carbon Dioxide to the skin through a gel that she formulated with a group of scientists from Japan. In this episode we talk all about her journey in the health, wellness, and beauty space, and how she’s gotten to where she is today. Most notably, she’s created a product that has been clinically proven to lift, rejuvenate, and reverse signs of aging in the skin. After creating this product for the face, she since has also developed a gel specifically for the vulva and vagina to help increase lubrication and sensitivity. Lana is such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to women’s health and sexual education, so naturally, I really enjoyed this conversation. I learned so much about the science behind how our bodies function as we age as women, and also left this conversation with a new sense of inspiration to look at intimacy through a different lens. I started following Emily a few months ago on Instagram, and fell in love with her and her adorable family, and admired her ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and balance it all while having 3 tiny children. I wanted to know how she was able to achieve this, and also what the secret is to staying sane while doing it, so that’s what our conversation touches on today. Emily’s tips on daily structure, how to divide your attention between your kids, keeping the spark alive in your relationship, her motivation to be healthy and fit, and reminder to not stress about the little things, will leave you feeling like you CAN do it all! Hey everyone welcome back to a brand new episode! We’re continuing the new year, with another really strong episode. I’m sitting down today with Nadia Moham. Nadia is an amazing makeup artist, fellow podcaster, and mother. Considering Nadia has lots of experience on the mic, she is an absolute pro when it comes to podcasting, and really understands that the true beauty of sharing your story is about being vulnerable, and that was my favorite thing about this episode. Nadia keeps it real from the jump, and I love that about her. On top of being smart, witty, and extremely talented at what she does as a makeup artist, Nadia is also so raw and open with some of the struggles that many of us face as women, and especially as new mothers. In this episode we touch on everything from how the standards of beauty have evolved, makeup trends, Nadia’s do’s and don’ts when it comes to makeup, her favorite products, and then on a much deeper level, we also touch on topics like struggling with depression, how to overcome negative self talk, and the importance of giving yourself grace. I knew from the moment I sat down in Nadia’s makeup chair on set a couple months ago, that we were going to become friends. We both bonded over the fact that she was playing Christmas music on set, and that right there was the start of something beautiful. Starting 2024 off with a bang! Introducing the first male guest, father of my child, and fiancé, Josh Ryan everybody!! This episode is a little bit of everything. Not only is the banter in this episode hilarious, just because the comfort level we have with each other, but there are also so many amazing take aways from our conversation, like trusting the process, enjoying the moment, how dedication, hard work and perseverance always pays off, impostor syndrome to believing in yourself, and worrying less. Welcome back to a brand new episode! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I’m sitting down today with one of my friends, Heather, and we had so much fun recording this for you guys. I met Heather at the playground, and now our boys have become really great friends, and because of that, so have we. From creating a solid community of mom friends, to our children evolving past chicken nuggets, to finance, to skincare, to her dating non-negotiables, to taking a leap of faith and starting her own children’s clothing line, to how scent completely shifts your mood, we talk about it all. Like I mentioned before, I had the most fun recording this episode because Heather just always brings the best energy wherever she goes, and that’s something I love so much about her. She doesn’t take life too seriously, but she’s also a badass hard working mamma, who cares for her adorable son, Enzo like no other woman I’ve ever witnessed. Their bond is so special.
