Note: Intuitive Movement is a framework to help people build trust with themselves and their bodies so they can recognise the internal cues their body gives them for the type of movement they want to engage with. This framework was adapted from the framework of Intuitive Eating.
In today's episode I talk about the 5 ways to wellbeing; Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. I find this framework so helpful to check in. To consider what I'm not incorporating into my life at any given time and a reminder to think what I could do to feel happier and healthier.
