    I'm Rhodri Jones, and I'm a qualified Psychological Fitness Specialist, as well as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach - which deals with the impact of the subconscious mind on human behaviour, through exploring those limiting beliefs and narratives that prevent you from fully engaging with life, and performing in all areas of life. I have over 20 years' of practical experience in the field of human performance. Firstly as a professional footballer with Manchester United and Rotherham, and consequently as a drama television director and documentary filmmaker. I'm used to being in the middle of high-performing, high-achieving and high-intensity environments', and I am used to dealing with people from all walks of life. I have an an experiential understanding of mental health issues, after periods of depression, that culminated in me waking up in 2017 following a period of over 30 years of living in a self-made mind prison, with a harsh inner critic and a very busy mind. I had to retire in my early twenties due to a knee injury, but a low-level of psychological fitness has had a greater impact on my life. I've spent considerable time studying the mind, through reading, contemplating and practicing. I've been influenced by Stoic and Eastern philosophies', whilst also keeping up to date with the latest neurobiological findings'. The creator of the Psychological Fitness Training programme is integrative medical doctor and internationally renowned human development pioneer, Dr Mark Atkinson.   • #227 It's a state of mind with Adam Baird
    Adam (Adz) Baird joined the GB Bobsleigh set up as a pilot ahead of the 2019/20 sliding season. He made his GB debut in Winterberg on the Europa Cup circuit in December 2019, when he finished 24th alongside Lawrence Taylor. A serving member of the Royal Marines for 12 years, he began his bobsleigh career competing for the Marines and the Royal Navy in 2017. Adz comes from an active sporting background, having competed at national level in powerlifting - for which he has a 247.5kg deadlift personal best in the 82.5kg category - as well as rugby union and rugby 7's for the Royal Marines and rugby league for the Royal Marines and Royal Navy teams. His time in the military has seen multiple deployments around the globe, including a tour of Afghanistan in 2010.

    P.J. is a Lifelong Motivational Speaker, and an International Transformational Coach—who focuses on results!

    Despite his disability, which was expected to take his life by 7, he chose to live, and live well! P.J. truly lives an extraordinary life: sailing, outdoor skydiving, indoor skydiving, trapezing, ziplining, hiking, mountain climbing, snow skiing, water skiing, aqua jetpacking, and the list goes on!

    He's a former wheelchair athlete, international traveler, amateur watercolorist, founder of two non-profit organizations and four disabled sports programs, a published author, 10th degree black belt, martial arts and women's self-defense instructor, and a meditation teacher.

    Additionally, P.J. has been inducted into the National Hall of Fame for People with Disabilities and was nominated to carry the Olympic Torch through Tucson in 2002.
