Tonight stays mild, dropping to the mid to upper 30s statewide. Partly cloudy in the Twin Cities and south, but northern Minnesota sees snow developing after 9 P.M. Light accumulations expected up there — less than an inch.

Tuesday brings the first real system of the week. The Twin Cities reach 47 degrees with a chance of rain after noon. Southern Minnesota hits 50 degrees under mostly cloudy skies. Northern Minnesota? Just 32 degrees with snow continuing.
