In a world filled with constant busyness, it's easy to overlook the profound impact that simple habits can have on our lives. Today, I invite you to step into a deeply personal journey of self-discovery and healing.
I created the "Gratitude Through Grief Journal" as a lifeline for those experiencing deep grief and sorrow. This journal is a tribute to my son and a supportive tool to help you to navigate your own grief.

It's not easy to put into words the depth of grief that's been a part of my journey for so long. Thank you to all who have supported our family along the way. Your love means more than words can express.

As a culture, we often struggle to hold grief and joy in both hands. But positive and negative emotions don't cancel each other out, and it's okay to feel both at the same time. Someone said to me in the early days of grief, "Joy and sadness often run side by side. It's not one or the other, but both simultaneously. The key to joyful living," she explained, "is where you focus. It's not that you deny your grief or disappointment, but how much space you give it. There are always some things for which we can be grateful."
