Ryan's career kicked off in sales, where he quickly made a name for himself, selling nearly 900 cars in under four years and becoming an award-winning salesman. His success led him to author a book on using psychology to negotiate the best price at a car dealership. With his MBA in hand, Ryan joined Wells Fargo's leadership development program before venturing into the world of mobile home park investments.

Since 2015, Ryan has been a key player in over $30 million worth of transactions, creating millions in equity through his system-based approach. Today, he focuses on identifying new opportunities and stabilizing portfolios.

Ryan is also a co-founder of Archimedes Group, a Charlotte-based company that has rapidly grown to manage over 4,500 mobile home park lots in just six years. Archimedes Group’s "no excuse" mentality and dedication to lifting others through their mentorship program are core to their mission of giving back to the communities they serve.

As the founder of The MHP Lawyer, Ferd has become a key player in the mobile home park industry, providing legal and operational expertise to investors across the country. Before establishing his own firm, Ferd practiced law at a top Kansas City firm, specializing in economic development incentives, public finance, property tax assessments, and land use and zoning. He also contributed as the associate editor for Missouri's leading treatises on land use and economic development law.

With a background in finance and an MBA from Rockhurst University, Ferd’s analytical skills were further sharpened during his time at Jackson County, where he held various roles in administration, economic development, and assessment. As the Director of Assessment, Ferd gained deep insights into property valuation and tax appeals, which he leverages today in his real estate ventures.

Dave specializes in income-producing assets which include multi-family, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, and convenience stores.

Before joining G2 Commercial, Dave was a realtor in Columbus, specializing in Military PCS transfers, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, short sale transactions, and REO properties.

He is an expert in commercial, multi-family, self-storage, manufactured home communities, and RV park sales.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Central Florida & The US Army Sergeants Major Academy. He served 30 years in the US Army. When not in the office, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, taking cruises, RV trips, and visiting his grandchildren in Florida
