    Quite often, we end up carrying around a ton of psychological drag that holds us back from what we want to create. What’s often so crazy about this is that the “past” we’re actually get stuck in is the past of only 5 minutes ago. This makes things particularly tricky, because it seems harmless, or invisible.
    Think about the boxer who loses a couple rounds. He has a choice to make: he can either focus on the current round, and how he’s going to win it. Or he can obsess over what went wrong in those previous rounds, and let that destroy his confidence.
