  • Awakening to the 5th Dimension with Kimberly Meredith

Awakening to the 5th Dimension - the new age of consciousness is upon us and here we discuss the ways to live in a higher frequency. What is it to live in the 5th dimension? What are miracles? Is healing possible? These and more are part of the discussion between Leah Guy and Kimberly Meredith.

We are living in a reality of 3-D, but many people are desirous of living in a state of higher awareness, vibration and organic lifestyle. So is it possible to have an awakening in the collective as well as in the personal, to be able to sustain a lifestyle that resonates with the frequency of the 5th Dimension?

Both healers, Leah and Kimberly dive deep into the conversation of her near death experiences and the resulting healing transformation that resulted, and how to witness miracles and the simple way to make choices that show our trust in spirit to help us evolve and heal in this lifetime.

Kimberly Meredith is a self-taught Medical Intuitive, Trance Channeler, Surgical Hands-on Healer and Spiritual Teacher with gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Kimberly’s Shaman lineage dates back to her maternal great-grandmother, Josephina, who initially practiced shamanic healing in Italy. She later settled in Jamestown, New York where her work was highly respected.

"Awakening to the Fifth Dimension means tapping into your full potential. It means entering a higher state of consciousness and opening up to unconditional love, forgiveness and acceptance. Full of practical methods, nutrition, case studies and testimonials, Awakening to the Fifth Dimension will empower you to confront your own health struggles and find true, lasting healing." • How to Get Along with Anyone using The Five Elements with Dr. Vicki Matthews

How to get along with anyone using the five elements of ancient teachings with Dr. Vicki Matthews. If you have any difficult relationships, this information could be life changing. The conversation with Dr. Vicki and Leah, Author of Overcoming Toxic Emotions; A Practical Guide to Building Better Relationships with Yourself and Others.

Vicki introduces us to her groundbreaking work in her role of a relationship coach, using the traditional model of the Five Elements. Like any useable model, the Five Elements model from Chinese medicine takes a grandiose idea and reduces it to a simple design. At its core, the Five Elements model is used to describe phases and interactions found in the natural world. The phases are represented by Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal and can be used to describe anything in the world, including people. Actually, they are especially useful when describing people.

We each have the energy of all five elements in our wiring, but based on that wiring, we’ll have a natural affinity for one of the elements. It’s like we’re born into a secret club and our club membership affects everything in our life: the colors we like, the foods we crave, the roles we take on in life, and how we relate to each other. Yes, it’s that significant!

Dr. Vicki Matthews is an author, teacher, and naturopathic physician passionate about re-establishing balance at all levels of life. She has been an outspoken advocate for alternative healing and spiritual pursuits most of her adult life and has appeared as a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show twice to share aspects of this message. She is also the author of the award-winning novel, The Goddess Letters, which addresses cultural imbalances in our world.

  • Running Toward Discomfort - Notes on Healing

This episode is meant to inspire and illicit personal reflection of how we can allow discomfort in our lives for the purpose of emotional healing growth and mindset expansion to reach our higher selves.

When thinking about discomfort we might think of taking risks, making change, fear of the unknown, not trusting our intuition, or an intentional and spiritual practice of choosing a bit of discomfort as a way to keep us present and aware of our choices in the now.

Leah talks with her intern Natalie about what it means to feel comfort and how that potentially holds us back in our personal development and ways we can shift our thinking to allow trust in ourselves and God or the universe to support us in uneasy times.
