This week we are chatting with Danielle Spaar, a mother of two very independent kids. As a hairstylist for over twenty-five years she has been an employee, renter and salon owner. With just as many years in the hospitality field she has been a banquet server, banquet captain and banquet manager. When the pandemic closed both of her incomes Danielle pivoted quickly and decided to finally publish her children’s book she had written twelve years ago.

On this weeks episode we are talking about mindfulness and meditation with Julie Paquette. Julie talks about what led her to this path and the importance of mediation for our little people (and the big people too!).
