  • Cultivating Success: Why Goal Work is Like Growing a Garden {Accelerate Your Growth Day 4}

Welcome to our Summer Shorts Accelerate Your Growth series, Episode #4.

Just as nurturing a garden takes time, patience, and care, achieving your goals requires similar dedication.

Join us as we uncover the valuable lessons a garden can teach us about persistence, self-care, and the journey to success.

    Key Points:

    1. Planting the Seeds of Action:
Just like a garden starts with seeds, your goals begin with actionable steps. You need to try various approaches and be open to experimentation, understanding that not every attempt will yield immediate results. Embrace the process and trust that some actions will flourish, leading you closer to your desired outcomes.
    2. Cultivating Patience:
Growing a garden takes time, and so does reaching your goals. Impatience can hinder progress, just as digging up seeds prematurely prevents their growth. Stay committed and patient throughout your journey, knowing that consistent effort will eventually yield positive outcomes.
    3. Nurturing with Self-Care:
A garden requires constant care, and the same applies to your goals. Cultivate a positive mindset, keep doubt at bay, and be kind to yourself. Negativity can inhibit progress, but with self-care, you create an environment conducive to growth and success.
    4. Consistency in Action:
Even during challenging times, your garden needs watering, and similarly, your goals require consistent effort. Commit to showing up and doing the work, even when motivation wanes. Persistence and determination are key factors in transforming tiny seeds of tasks into thriving achievements.

Just as a well-tended garden blossoms into a beautiful sight, your commitment to goal work will lead to plentiful success.  The journey may be challenging, but with persistence, you'll see your efforts bear fruit.

Remember, like a flourishing garden, your goals can become a reality when you nurture them with care and dedication.

  • Answer This Question for a More Fulfilling Life {Accelerate Your Growth Day 1}

Welcome to Summer Shorts Episode #1, our 7-part series of inspiration to help accelerate your growth and success.

Today, we have a vital question that demands introspection and reflection. When my coach, David Neagle, asked me this question -- and I explored my answer -- EVERYTHING changed.

Join us as we delve deep into uncovering the roots of your growth and unlocking the potential for your success.

    Episode Highlights:

    • The Key Question: Today's question is a cornerstone to your personal growth. Take some time to meditate or journal about it. We want you to get as deep as possible, as this question lays the foundation for your future growth.
    • The Importance of a Solid Answer: Just like plants need strong roots to flourish, your growth requires a solid answer to this question. Without it, your progress might be fleeting and lacking a firm foundation.
    • Unveiling Your True Desires: So, here's the big question: What do you REALLY want? We encourage you to be honest with yourself throughout this process. Allow your true desires to surface without judgment.
    • Personal vs. External Influences: Your answer should reflect your authentic desires, not what society or others think you should want. This exploration is about YOU and your unique path to fulfillment.
    • The Power of Intention: Consider what you want for your life and your business. Embrace the idea that anything is possible, and let your imagination soar. Remember, life is finite, and it's essential to honor your desires and dreams.
    • Avoiding Autopilot Living: Many of us coast through life on autopilot, unaware of our true potential as creators of our destinies. We don't want you to reach your final days with regrets and wonder what could have been.

    Conclusion:
Take this opportunity to reflect on the question, "What do I REALLY want?" Embrace the journey of self-discovery and honor yourself by exploring your answers sincerely. Remember, your desires are the compass guiding you toward a life of purpose and fulfillment. So, let's embark on this path together and unlock the potential for personal growth and happiness.

Don't forget to meditate, journal, and share your thoughts with us! Your journey matters, and we're excited to accompany you every step of the way.

  • Overcoming Tiny Procrastinations for Bigger Success

In this episode, we delve into the reasons why tiny procrastinations may be hindering your chances for success and what actionable steps you can take to overcome them.

Most of us are eroding our self-trust banks without even realizing it and the results can be deadly for our goals and our success.

Procrastination erodes our self-trust, which is the unwavering belief that we will follow through on our commitments. Every time we procrastinate -- even in SMALL ways -- we make withdrawals from our self-trust bank. Conversely, accomplishing what we set out to do makes deposits. A healthy self-trust bank is crucial for achieving success.

Join us as we explore the inner workings of the brain in a fun way, the impact of procrastination on self-trust, and how to build a stronger foundation for achieving your goals.

  • 3 Sneaky Signs of Self-Sabotage

You want to move to the next level in your business or in life, but something keeps getting in the way.

Have you ever stopped to consider that something could be YOU, First name?

Often, we don't even realize that WE are the ones that are making our growth difficult when we allow certain behaviors, habits, or thoughts to continue unchecked.

This is called self-sabotage and it's something that we all unconsciously do.

Listen in to this episode of The Flight School Podcast where I'll share three of the ways that I see people self-sabotaging:

    • Setting goals based on the past
    • Letting yourself off the hook too easily
    • Believing every thought you think is true

Once you know these signs, you can watch out for them so that they don't interfere with your flight to your greatest potential.

  • Success Begins with Self-Accountability

When you are a solopreneur or are looking to meet a goal, you will never be successful if you do not develop a strong sense of self-accountability.

When clients come to  me wanting help with their goals, one of the first things we look at is their self-accountability -- the habits they have in place that support them in showing up to do the things they say they are going to do.

Because NO ONE is going to put more priority on you meeting your goals than YOU are.

And if you aren't showing up for yourself, you can kiss those goals goodbye.

Listen in to this episode of The Flight School podcast and learn:

    • The #1 thing you need to realize before you can be successful
    • How self-accountability plays out in goal-getting
    • Why doing the things we say we are going to do is contrary to how our brain is wired
