The Money Honey - Women in Property, Finance & Construction

Now this is the definition of THE MONEY HONEY. A woman who is breaking every stereotype! She gets gets her hands dirty when refurbishing a project by actually doing some of the labour herself, she manages a construction team with the developments, she manages the money, the sale, the investors... basically the whole property development project from start to end. 

Emma Fielding, who I found through Instagram, has been a joy to interview and has given me great inspiration and I know you too will get a lot from this powerhouse! 

At the young age of 28, she is managing multiple successful and profitable developments in her property portfolio WITHOUT the use of loans, finance, or bridging finance.She says she started with a property her family inherited and the rest is history! 

Emma has also been on a property related TV show called Property Graduate and she was in the final top 3!

Katie Dennehy is very passionate about educating protection advisers and mortgage brokers on the importance of delivering better customer outcomes when it comes to protection. The reason I started this podcast is because I've been on Construction, Property and Finance. I have been in all three sectors and I wish I had something like this when I started out in construction in my 20s. I have always been in a man's world trying to find my place. My voice. I wish a podcast like this could have shown me what great harmony we can have with men and women side by side. The second reason I started this podcast is because after 7 years in financial services, I have made great friends and have a wonderful support network. Many women on LinkedIn approached me and said: "Rosalia, do something. We need more female faces on social media. We need a hub for women" and here it is! I listened, and thanks for the open minded and generous friends I have made in this industry I am now able to launch this podcast.
