After the Oscars prediction episode and a slow weekend at the box office (Woody Harrelson deep water horizon? Dead best friends? Daisy Ridley as an assassin?),  the Boyz release the previously recorded ep where they review the next film from promising director Oz Perkins - The Monkey. 

Based on a Stephen King short story, bursting with grand guignol gore and dipped in acidic black comedy, The Monkey rips into film and pop culture with a force…think Adult Swim meets Peter Jackson. Is this a brilliant horror comedy that magnifies not only genre tropes but Stephen King tropes as well? Or is it a limp, wet biscuit like this year’s other horror comedy “Heart Eyes”?
