It’s NFL Monster Monday on The Monty Show! The Arizona Cardinals lost another game they probably should have won, and Monty makes the case that the Cardinals should be 6-5. The Patriots got the win in Philly, but they did not look convincing doing it. The Bears benched Mitchell Trubisky late in the game, but they say it was because he was injured, it was not based on performance. The guys discuss the disaster that is the Chicago Bears. Monty & Jake are talking FOOTBALL …BECAUSE IT”S FRIDAY!! The #Raiders get a big win on TNF, are the Silver & Black heading for a the Playoffs? The Cardinals are heading to Tampa for a reunion with Bruce Arians, but not all of the Cardinals are happy to see BA. Is the P2 Affect real, and did Patrick Peterson cost the Birds a win Vs San Francisco last week? He says he did, Monty is skeptical! The guys have an epic debate about Monday Night Football, Seahawks at Niners and Monty is making his case for Russell Wilson, while Jake is all in on the Niners D! News breaks during the show that Ohio State DE Chase Young is being held out while the NCAA Investigates potential NCAA Violations, does this knock Ohio State out of the Playoff? Can they win without Chase Young? Florida has a scandal of their own as Dan Mullins wife is being accused of sexual harassment of players …it’s a ridiculous story! Florida State is considering hiring Deion Sanders as head coach, this of course does not go over well with the guys! Big games all weekend long as LSU is at Alabama, Penn State is at Minnesota! With Kenyan Drake playing well in his debut for the Red Birds the guys wonder how the reps will be distributed, and Jake says there is justification for DJ seeing a much light workload that Drake. Monty & Jake react to the College Football Playoff Rankings and Monty is not happy Clemson got a free pass to the playoff. Does Clemson deserve it? Will the PAC 12 champion be left out? Monty says no, because Georgia, Penn State, and the PAC 12 Champs will all have a better resume when the season ends. Do you prefer the NFL or CFB?
