Dave had to step away this morning to be with his wife as they continue to deal with her health situation. So Carmen called Jayar in. Today happens to be the 17th anniversary of Jayar's start here at the station. In that 17 years, we have had to walk through some good times and hard times. We shared some stories about his interview process and he shared his heart as he recently had to step away to deal with some family issues as well.

It was a long path to victory for the Philadelphia Eagles in last night's Super Bowl. We spent much of the morning recapping all that went down for the big game, including a performance from Lauren Daigle and the commercials. 

We also shared our experience at Night To Shine where thousands in the special needs community walked the path of the red carpet for a festive evening on Friday. 

Dave shared the story of some hikers who needed help getting back on the path, which, it turns out, they were only 34 feet from! 

Bill had a reminder for us to direct our life towards God's glory. 

Dave didn't have much planned for his birthday weekend but he did manage to find a new wallet. 

Bill's hoping he stays on the right path for Valentine's Day with his plans.

We've got a lot to celebrate on the show today as Dave has a birthday today! He and our coworker, Kelly Parent, are celebrating in their own ways. Dave will be either at home or with his wife in the hospital. And Kelly will be helping out at Night To Shine tonight, as we celebrate those in the special needs community. 

With the Super Bowl happening this weekend, there's a lot to discuss. Carmen gave us some stats on the teams that have never been and never won the big game. We took an unofficial poll to see who you are rooting for. And we learned the teams that have never lost in the big game. 

Dave gave us stats on chicken wings and Carmen gave us the numbers for the amount of people expected to miss work on Monday. 

Dave had some questions about salad drive-thru options and that reminded Bill that he needed to take his superfoods gummy. 

Bill was surprised to learn that he is now a gif on Apple phones. 

And Carmen gave Dave a couple of options to celebrate his birthday. It was no surprise as to which decision he made. 

Jules shared a story of how her Plan B became her Plan A and some thoughts from her parenting classes she's been attending lately.

Did you get enough sleep last night? If not, there's a lot of different tools you can get to help you. One of those tools has been discussed around the office here as we get ready to move to our new building, but we won't be getting a nap pod as it is out of our price range. 

Jules has a daughter who is beginning to make life plans after high school. But she shared a story about not getting a letter in the mail that showed her that her Plan B was her Plan A. 

And Jules is getting a lot out of some parenting classes she has been going to. Despite the fact that she is a little late to class. 

Bill decided that today was Riddle Me Thursday. Did you get the answers to any of the riddles? 

And it's a mystery as to who got their hands on a large amount of eggs and stole them. 

A 10-year-old boy is being hailed as a hero for saving his sister's life in the Philadelphia plane crash recently. After waking up and asking about his sister, he wanted to know if he had missed the Super Bowl. AJ Brown of the Eagles got the message and sent back a message of his own. 

Paige Brown is back after a hiatus to grieve the loss of her dad. Now that she is back you can get back on track with Studies in Ruth. 

Carmen has been having issues with her Pop Socket. But her life has changed now that she got a MagSafe Pop Socket.

You needed to frame the picture just right if you wanted to win a travel mirror from Carmen with a mirror selfie! 

A framed piece of art caught the eye of one buyer at a garage sale and it turned out to be an authentic piece from Van Gogh. 

It's all in how you frame it with the description of Pantone's 2025 Color of the Year. 

If you've "framed" what you want your life to look like but your heart has a different algorithm, it won't work.

Bill's got a new schedule at home with his wife away helping their daughter with her newborn. And now he's realizing just how much he needs to mow his lawn. Dave, on the other hand, who's wife has been in the hospital for much of January, found the time this weekend to do his lawn work. 

With yesterday being Groundhog's Day, we had to wonder if Punxsutawney Phil and the other groundhogs around the country got their weather predictions right. 

In the wake of the two airplane crashes in recent days, Carmen shared the story of one pilot who shared an announcement to allay fears for passengers. 

The GRAMMY Awards were last night. Did they get it right with the winners in Christian music? 

Dave thinks he has something in common with the original Magnum P.I. 

While talking about new listeners, Carmen was reminded of a listener in Canada but couldn't remember the name of his line of work. 

Bill shared some devotional thoughts from Paul David Tripp on sin. 

Carmen told us how her clues in a game of Hues and Cues missed the mark and the other players couldn't get the right color. 

While Bill is excited for the arrival of his new grandson, he couldn't get the day of his birth right. But he definitely got the name right!

Bill's third grandchild was born yesterday during the show. But he didn't seem to be in a hurry to rush to the hospital to meet the baby. Turns out, he was sticking to the plan to help his daughter out with a treat. 

Dave gave us an update on the plan that he, his wife, and their medical team have come up with to continue her treatment with colitis. 

Jules didn't have much of a plan in place to entertain her girls on the recent snow days. But she managed to find a few ways to entertain them and their friends. And she thinks she has figured out her daughter's plans to get her to buy clothes that they can eventually wear. 

Carmen's been sticking with it and she is working on closing her rings for the month of January. And that reminded Bill that he needed to get to the gym today to stick with his fitness plans. He also shared a few fitness tips for those over 40 to stick to their plans. 

Dave told us how Netflix has a new plan to deal with subscribers that aren't paying too much attention to their programming. 

Carmen told us about a woman who was watching TV and learned that a winning lottery ticket had been purchased where she bought her lottery ticket. It was then that she remembered her ticket was sticking between the pages of her Bible and it turned out to be the winner! 

Parenting can be hard. But as Bill learned yesterday, it pays off with being a grandparent. 

Whether or not things go according to plan, Carmen reminds us that there is room for gratitude. 

Dave had a bit of a Throwback Thursday as he listened to some music he made back in the day. It had him asking the question, "What in your 20s did you think you would be doing now?" 

Several of our colleagues are in the midst of learning more about God's plans for each of them as The Fish signs off the air in Atlanta after 24 years. 

Dave's plan for this weekend include watching a certain movie. But how many times will he watch Groundhog Day on Sunday?
