With just 2 days until Sled for Red we're really amping up our trash talking!  LOL.  We had the crew in from ACR health, tried a new drink in the Winter Drink Mix Off, and talked some of the snowy fun we'll be having this Saturday.  We also asked... did you propose by hiding the ring in food?

Pretty much every school is closed... our Messers are taunting Marty with tales of snow flakes... this is the morning mess SNOWDAY edition.  Crazy home remedies, destructive pets, Joey Walker and more LOL

You know... I'm pretty glad Syracuse doesn't have a major pro sports team.  I'd have a hard time looking at my fellow citizens after seeing them celebrate the win by burning things, demolishing city property, and eating horse poop... what?  Yeah... some drunk idiot in Philly ate horse poop right off the road to celebrate... ugggggh.  It's pay a compliment day (we should NEVER be allowed to do that lol)

Who could have called that last night?  Neither of us... although Shannon's score prediction was closer than Marty's (although, the teams were reversed LOL).  We tested Marty's urban dictionary knowledge (he didn't pass), and we agreed... NFLers dancing to the Dirty Dancing song was the best part of last night!

Kevin from ACR Health came back in to train us on the use of Narcan today.  We've got our kit at the front desk of the radio station and hope we never need to use it.  Listen to find out how you can get free training and your own kit... just in case.
