In 1996, a young girl was murdered by her much older boyfriend in what authorities in Britain would say was the worst homicide scene they'd ever seen. What you will in this episode is shockingly haunting and real, so much so that to do this day, some needs counseling over what they saw.

 It wouldn't be out of place in a new Batman movie as Bruce Wayne's Stately Wayne Manor. It's over a quarter of a mile long and started as a place of hope for those who suffered from mental illness, in some form or another. But the hop was short lived as overcrowded conditions and overworked staff soon placed people on the back burner, and unspeakable procedures began to become commonplace. Some say it's one of the most actively haunted locations in the world, and with its past, and the number of people who died in the facility are so numerous, that the only expansion that ever came to be was the cemetery.

 Most lovers’ quarrels end with an apology. But for Katherine Mary Knight of Aberdeen Australia, murder and mutilation were the end result. Not only did this Australian abattoir worker stab her lover with a butcher knife at least 37 times in February 2000, she then chopped him up, cooked him, and prepared to serve him to his own children.
