Happy All Hallows Eve Eve! This episode wraps up our whole-October-long discussion of all things creepy, eerie, and Halloweeny. Today Kris and Kym team up again with Paul Wilborn from the Having Beers With Podcast to discuss cemeteries all over the world, interesting (?) facts about cemeteries, and in true Kym and Kris fashion take a few detours with personal stories somewhat related to the subject of cemeteries (...or not).

Kym and Kris start this episode with a "Not Safe For Work and Kids" warning because the podcast is on location (again) to play a Cards Against Humanity-inspired game with friends. Friends who are clearly demented and for whom we have many concerns about their mental state; they wrote some great jokes that pay raunchy homage to our favorite First Holiday of the HallowThanksMas Trifecta: Halloween! Kris and Kym start off strong with the history of halloween and traditions in America and in our own homes. And then onnnnnnne little thing happens and all hell breaks loose. It's all downhill from there, so to speak. But our intrepid opinionators manage to reign in the chaos and somehow wrap up the episode. Let's just say we probably won't be recording outdoors anymore.

Kym and Kris take the podcast to new heights when they hang out in Big Bear, CA, for the weekend, exploring the local cemetery and visiting various sites were the history of this beautiful mountain resort has taken a tragic turn; deadly bar fights, a local "murder house," and even the condo where Chris Dorner holed up before ending his killing spree. To make matters light we also talk about the history of the film industry in the region, as well as all the critters keeping us company while we record!

Kym and Kris dish on their experiences while walking through haunted Old Town Orange with HauntedOrangeCounty.com tour guide Charles. This episode covers some of the more gruesome details of the rich history of Orange, CA, with morgues, undertakers, deadly elevators, hooligans, fire, drowning and restaurant specters. Oh, and loud mufflers, annoying college students having loud conversations and drunk guys in board shorts who tag along until the cops are called. It's all Friday night October goodness!

Kym and Kris take it outside. There's bird tweeting, dogs barking, spiders LURKING! **SHUDDER** But the ladies push through their fears and deliver their podcast like the caffeinated, mouthy chat-warriors they are. And they talk about everything under the sun: cancer, cemeteries, Big Bear, Aurora Borealis, noisy airplanes, noisier helicopters, Orange Ghost Walk, worst Christmas gifts...we said everything, we mean EVERYTHING. Today's episode is a poignant catch-up for these two life-long besties.

Did YOU have a helluva week? It was a tough one! Kris and Kym let all the pretty steam out. Kris comes in hot, Kym is in all kinds of pain, they both have more traffic stories to rant about...but at some point the topic of dogs comes up and just like in real life walking down the street deep in conversation...they both just STOP! Kris and Kym talk about The 2018 Mindset List out of Beloit College in Wisconsin. The list helps college professors wrap their heads around where their newest student's heads are at as they first step into the halls of upper education. It's an exercise in understanding that some of the things we take for granted have never been heard of or experienced by our kids (or grandkids). Move over Millennials! It's the age of the iGens! Kris and Kym welcome Kim (not confusing at all, yeah?) about the whys and hows of long term relationships (and marriage). Amongst us there are two divorces, one pending divorce and one 31 year wedding anniversary. There are lots of "why?", "how?" and "seriously, WTF?" questions about how the hell to stay with one person for a year let alone a lifetime. Listen in for some great answers and a few guffaws. And Kym probably has some story of mischief from back in the day (or last week).
