One of the problems when it comes to a lack of productivity is social media.
Not because of the obvious reason that it distracts us, but because of the fact that a lot of the time it puts us in a negative state / mindset.
When we are on social media, we can't help but watch what others are doing and then, without even thinking about it we compare ourselves. You've done it. I've done it and it sucks.
We all know that comparison is the thief of joy, and if that's true then the opposite must be true. The opposite being if we don't compare then we are more likely filled with joy and positivity!
So, why don't change things? Why don't we do everything in our power to put ourselves in the best situations. That starts with mindlessly scrolling through social and comparing ourselves to anything and everyone.
