On April 16, 2003, Col. Philip Shue brought his wife, Tracy, her morning cup of coffee, gave her a kiss, and left for his busy day ahead. Tracy had no idea that would be the last time she would see her husband alive. A few hours later, Col. Shue would crash his car into a tree just off the free-way. What at first looked like a tragic accident turned out to be something much more sinister.
