Nate catches up with longtime Oneonta Boys Soccer Coach, Alex Brannan. Coach Brannan has been at OHS for 35 years and has 420 career varsity victories on his resume. They look back on the success of the Yellowjackets program including a state championship in 1999 when his team went 23-0. A must listen for any local soccer fan!

It’s time to talk wrestling! Nate catches up with local wrestling expert and coach, Tony Ferrara. They discuss the recent New York State championship meet hosted by the Journeymen Club in Pennsylvania. The guys go in-depth on how the locals placed in the tournament. They also look back at Tony’s career as a 2-time state champion during his time at Sidney High School. 

Nate sits down with SUNY Oneonta Women's Soccer Coach, Liz McGrail. Liz is a Stamford graduate, and is one of the most decorated high school athletes in local history. They discuss her playing days including being a highly successful 3-sport college athlete at Oneonta. Coach also talks recruiting and shares a little family background, where she is one of 12 in the big McGrail clan!

Nate welcomes Edmeston Boys Basketball and Baseball Coach, Darren Belden to the podcast. Coach B is an ECS alum and discusses his passion for working in his hometown district. He talks about how the community has embraced the recent success of both of his teams. Darren also takes us back in time to his kid's playing days when the Panthers won multiple state titles in soccer and baseball.

Nina was adopted from Russia, and she shares her feelings and struggles with not knowing her biological family. Her adopted family moved from Boston to Edmeston, and she tells us what the transition from the big city to small town life was like.

Nate talks business with Norwich grads, Tyler Slater and Nate Foote. This dynamic duo is attempting to launch a new fitness app called "Lift Off." This app will serve as a fitness tracker that also has a fun social aspect to it. Tyler and Nate are currently raising funds to make this dream a reality. Listen in to learn more! 

Nate welcomes local sports photographer, Ben Patton to the podcast. Ben shoots for The Walton Reporter newspaper. They talk about his career from photographing NFL and NASCAR events to state championship games here in New York. Ben also enjoys traveling and discusses taking photos all over the world.

Nate brings local sports photographers Ricky and Jason MacPherson back for another appearance on the podcast. The guys talk about what it has been like to be out snapping photos at games again. They also discuss more of their favorite memories and tell us about their volunteer service at two local fire departments.

She has continued the tradition of great success for the WP program. They talk about her coaching philosophies, playing career and her early coaching days at Harpursville.
